Choco-nana Milk Blast
Ingredients
Directions1. Peel banana; break into chunks and place in blender container. 2. Add milk, yogurt and chocolate syrup. Cover; blend until smooth. 3. Pour into frosted glasses. Top with sprinkles, if desired. Variation: Moms can substitute coffee frozen yogurt for the chocolate frozen yogurt to jumpstart their calcium intake for the day.Nutrition Facts per serving
