|
Rethink your drink: Replace sugar-filled sodas and fruit drinks with single-serve milk in fun flavors like strawberry, chocolate or vanilla. Moms can feel good about serving flavored milk because research shows that children and adolescents who drink flavored milk have better overall nutrition and lower weights than those who don't drink milk.

Skip the fries and choose healthy options like a baked potato, fruit cup or yogurt parfait at quick serve restaurants.
