Milk is has been an important element of Americana for generations, but students may not know how milk is processed and why it's is an important part of a health diet.
The Southeast Dairy Association can provide you with the tools to teach students about the dairy industry, including farmers, processors and retailers, as well as health benefits of dairy foods and overall wellness. Students will enjoy the interactive format of the lesson materials and activities, as well as the online resource for continued learning.
