Frosty Pine-Orange Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 1/4 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes, or until frothy. Serve immediately.
