Strawberry Yogurt Short Cake

Ingredients:

2 1/3 cups Original Bisquick® mix
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups Yoplait® Grande! 99% Fat Free creamy strawberry yogurt
1 quart (4 cups) strawberries, sliced

Directions:

Heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Stir Bisquick, 3 tablespoons of the sugar, butter and 1/2 cup of the yogurt until soft dough forms.

Place dough on surface lightly sprinkled with Bisquick mix; gently roll in Bisquick mix to coat.

Shape dough into ball; knead 8 to 10 times. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with floured 3-inch cutter.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet; sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Split shortcakes. Spoon strawberries and remaining yogurt between halves and over tops.
