Kingsport Times-News: Hawkins County Schools launch recycling program

The Southeast Dairy Association provided Hawkins County Schools with indoor collection bins and promotional materials for the new "Drink It, then Sink It" program. The program is designed to decrease schools' waste loads and encourage kids to recycle their plastic and aluminum drink containers.
